Software Maintenance

  • Periodic software upgrades that provide enhancements to an already robust tool.
  • Compatibility protection for upgrades of other software. If your operating system or your database is upgraded, Software Maintenance ensures that ClickBase will provide updates to continue the compatibility.
  • If you upgrade your ERP and have a ClickBase Application Accelerator Kit, Software Maintenance ensures that ClickBase will continue to operate properly with your upgraded ERP.

User Support

  • Access to the ClickBase Knowledge Base.
  • Access to on-line, web-based training to train new users and to keep your staff up to date, all of which maximizes the value of ClickBase to your organization.
